  • Distinguish between goals and objectives
  • Recap the different financial techniques – benefit measurement versus mathematical models
  • Present the Charter for approval
  • Define High Performance teams
  • Define the characteristics of Agile teams
  • Distinguish between the role of teams in waterfall methodology and agile
  • Describe co-location and its significance in Agile methodology
